Shipping Policy

USA Prime Peptides ships from the United States to addresses in the United States only, by USPS. You choose the service at checkout and receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

USPS Ground Advantage is the standard service: $12 flat, typically 2–5 business days in transit, and free on orders of $300 or more. USPS Priority Mail costs the Ground Advantage price plus $10 and typically takes 1–3 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express is $59.99 and typically takes 1–2 business days (overnight to most addresses). Transit times are carrier estimates counted from the day the order ships.

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Items marked made to order are synthesized by our partner laboratory and ship within a week; you are told before you order if an item is made to order.

Temperature-sensitive items ship with cold packs, which adds a $15 cold-pack handling charge to orders below the free-shipping threshold. On arrival, store vials as described on each product page and in our lyophilized peptide storage guide.

If a package arrives damaged, or the contents do not match the Certificate of Analysis for the lot, contact us within 7 days with photos and the lot number and we will replace the item or refund it, as set out in the Refund Policy.
