Affiliate Agreement

This agreement is between you and USA Prime Research, doing business as USA Prime Peptides ("we"). It applies once your application is approved and continues until either side ends it.

Your code gives the people you refer a discount on non-sale items. When an order placed with your code is paid, you earn store credit at your tier's rate on the merchandise in that order. Store credit can only be spent on USA Prime Peptides orders. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is removed if the order is cancelled or refunded.

Tiers, rates and the customer discount may change. Changes apply to orders placed after the change and are shown on your affiliate dashboard.

Disclosure: every post, video, stream or message that mentions us must clearly say that you are a paid affiliate (for example "#ad" or "paid partner" placed where people will see it before the link or code), as the FTC's Endorsement Guides require.

Research use only: our products are laboratory reagents, not for human or veterinary use. You must not describe or show any use in people or animals, give or suggest dosing, injection or administration, or claim or imply any health, medical, fitness, weight, cosmetic or other benefit. Do not compare our products with prescription drugs.

Do not show syringes, needles, or anyone using a product. Use only the logo and materials from your marketing kit, without altering our certificates, test results or product details.

Do not post your code on coupon or deal sites, bid on our brand name in search ads, send spam, or pose as USA Prime Peptides.

We may review your content, ask you to change or remove it, withhold or void credit earned in breach of this agreement, and suspend or end your participation at any time.

You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or representative of USA Prime Peptides. You must be 21 or older and follow all laws and platform rules that apply to you.
