Lab Testing Terms

The lab-testing service lets a registered research account submit material it already holds for independent analytical testing. USA Prime Peptides acts as the intake and coordination party: we receive your package, log it, forward the material to an independent third-party laboratory under our submission number, and report the laboratory's results back to your account together with a Certificate of Analysis that carries a public verification code.

By submitting you confirm that you own the material or are authorised to have it tested, that it is intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research, and that the description you give (name, label strength, form, lot) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Your acknowledgement is recorded with a timestamp and IP address.

Fees are quoted per sample from the tests you select, plus any rush surcharge and a $12 shipping kit fee per box (each box holds up to 10 samples), and are charged by card at submission. After payment we count the tests ordered and mail you the shipping kit — box, packing materials and prepaid return postage — which ships within 2–3 business days. Samples are consumed in testing and are not returned. Material must be sent in its original sealed container where possible; send at least one full unit per sample and two where both identity and purity are requested.

Every vial must be clearly labeled with the peptide name and strength, matching the description on your submission. Unlabeled, illegible or mismatched vials will not be tested.

You have 30 days from the date the carrier reports your shipping kit delivered to get your samples to us. Submissions whose samples have not been received within that window are voided.

Turnaround estimates (standard 7–10 business days, rush 3–5) run from the day the package is logged at intake and depend on the laboratory's schedule; they are estimates, not guarantees. We will email you at intake, and again when results are published.

All lab orders are final and non-refundable once paid, including submissions that are voided because samples were not received within 30 days of kit delivery, and material that cannot be tested (unlabeled or mismatched vials, wrong form, damaged in transit, insufficient quantity, or otherwise unsuitable). If material cannot be tested we will tell you why. An unpaid submission may be cancelled at any time.

Results describe the specific units tested and are reported as the laboratory measured them. A certificate confirms what we received and what the laboratory found; it does not certify a vendor, a lot beyond the units tested, or fitness for any use. Results and certificates are private to your account. The public verification page shows the material description and result only — never your identity or the source you declared.

Testing results are provided for research verification and do not constitute a release for human, veterinary, diagnostic or therapeutic use. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
