Refund Policy

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped product.

If an item arrives damaged or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days with photos and the lot number and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Made-to-order items may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the lab confirms synthesis.
