BPC 157 10mg + TB500 10mg + GHK-CU 50mg FAQ
KLOW vs. GLOW blend: what's the difference?
Both names describe co-lyophilized blends of BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. The blend commonly called KLOW adds a fourth peptide, KPV (10 mg); the one called GLOW does not. We list both by their contents rather than those names: BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg + GHK-Cu 50 mg, and the same with KPV 10 mg.
What is a peptide blend (multi-component vial)?
A vial containing two or more peptides that were combined in solution in a set ratio and then freeze-dried together. The label states the mass of each component. Testing a blend is more involved than testing a single peptide: HPLC has to resolve each component as its own peak, and mass spectrometry should confirm each expected molecular weight.
What is the BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu blend?
A single vial in which BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg) and GHK-Cu (50 mg) were dissolved together and freeze-dried, 70 mg of peptide in total. "GLOW" is the name commonly used for this composition; we list it by its contents. The amount of each component is on the label, and the lot's Certificate of Analysis reports each one.
Why is the BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu blend blue?
Because of the GHK-Cu. It is a copper(II) complex, and copper(II) complexes absorb light at the red end of the spectrum, so they look blue to blue-violet. At 50 mg, GHK-Cu is the largest component of this blend, so both the powder and the reconstituted solution are blue. The color is expected; BPC-157 and TB-500 on their own are white powders that give colorless solutions.
Why are BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu supplied together?
They are distinct molecules studied in overlapping research areas, mainly tissue-repair and extracellular-matrix models, through different mechanisms. BPC-157 research centers on nitric oxide and growth-factor signaling, thymosin β4 (the parent of TB-500) on actin binding and cell migration, and GHK-Cu on copper transport, gene expression and collagen synthesis in cell culture. One vial keeps their ratio fixed across experiments. Combination studies are scarce, and cell or animal findings do not establish effects in people.
How is the BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu blend tested?
Each component is analyzed separately. HPLC should resolve a distinct peak for each of the three peptides, with purity reported for each, and mass spectrometry should confirm each expected molecular weight. The lot's Certificate of Analysis reports all three components. A missing peak or mass means that component cannot be confirmed.
Is the BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu blend FDA approved?
No. None of its three components is an FDA-approved drug, and the combination has never been approved. GHK-Cu is used as a cosmetic ingredient, but that is not drug approval, and BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the World Anti-Doping Agency's Prohibited List. The blend is a research reagent for laboratory use only.
Does the KLOW blend need to be refrigerated?
For storage, yes. Keep the sealed lyophilized vial refrigerated at 2–8 °C, or frozen at −20 °C for long-term storage, and protected from light. After reconstitution, keep the solution refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; a blend is only as stable as its least stable component. Short periods at room temperature, such as during shipping, are normal for the dry powder.
GHK-Cu vs. GLOW vs. KLOW
GHK-Cu is the single compound. GLOW is the name commonly used for a vial of BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg + GHK-Cu 50 mg, and KLOW is the name commonly used for the same three peptides plus KPV 10 mg. GHK-Cu is the largest component of both blends, which is why they are blue. We sell GHK-Cu on its own and both blends, listed by their contents.
Does BPC 157 10mg + TB500 10mg + GHK-CU 50mg come with a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Each lot has its own Certificate of Analysis, linked on this page for the current lot of each size: (10mg+10mg+50mg) (99.2% HPLC purity). Past certificates are archived in the COA library; contact us with the lot number on the vial label if a certificate is missing.
What purity is BPC 157 10mg + TB500 10mg + GHK-CU 50mg?
99.2% (HPLC, current lot). Purity is measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and reported on the lot's Certificate of Analysis.
What sizes of BPC 157 10mg + TB500 10mg + GHK-CU 50mg are available?
